Abby started her career as an HR Generalist recruiting automotive engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Abby joined the HireCapital team as a Recruiting Associate in late 2021 where she establishes empowering relationships benefiting both the client and candidate.
Abby believes that professional life and quality of life should go hand in hand. She strives to be an advocate for her candidates by learning their motivators and building a partnership that always has their best interest in mind. Abby enjoys fostering those authentic relationships to connect candidates and clients with the right opportunities.
Abby graduated from Indiana University in 2020 with a degree in Human Resource Management. She currently lives in Kokomo, Indiana where she enjoys doing home renovations, rock wall climbing, and wake surfing.
