Rachel brings 10 years of administrative and operational experience to her role as HireCapital’s Operations Manager. Rachel has always believed in making a difference where she goes. Rachel is motivated by making meaningful connections and building an environment where everyone can succeed.

Prior to joining HireCapital, Rachel worked as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager at a DC Public Affairs firm. There she directly supported numerous executive and senior staff and handled all operational functions of the office including IT support, HR administration, as well as vendor management and invoicing.

At HireCapital she is able to leverage her vast administrative expertise to support our growing business and aid in recruiting efforts. Rachel has worn many hats in her career and with that knowledge she is able to ensure we stay successful in all areas of the organization.

Rachel is based out of North Carolina where she enjoys catching the latest movie release, going to concerts, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with her fiancé and their cats.
