Zach comes to us with a background in Higher Education where he helped college students be the best versions of themselves and jumpstart their careers. After joining Hire Capital in June 2022, Zach uses his talents to form personal relationships with his candidates and partner in finding their next professional success story.
Zach believes in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and that candidates perform best when on a team where they can thrive as their genuine selves. He loves truly getting to know his candidates to find their best professional fit.
Zach holds a Masters in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University and a Masters of Business Administration from East Carolina University. He currently lives in North Carolina where he can be found creating something in the kitchen or closely following this year’s Oscars race.
