She prides herself on building strong, long-lasting relationships that drive client and candidate connections.

After starting her career in sales in New York, Moser pivoted to the staffing industry when she moved with her family to the D.C. area. She now lives in Virginia with her daughters, Isabella and Mia.

At HireStrategy, she helped Paul Villella start and grow his consulting practice. She went on to begin her own boutique staffing firm with expertise in filling IT, finance, accounting, administrative, and human resources roles and found great success at the helm of her woman-owned company. Moser and her boutique firm received several accolades—winning the 2015 BRAVA Award, being included among the Smart100 CEOs and being named one of the 100 Best-Run Companies, all from SmartCEO Magazine.

Moser merged her staffing firm with HireCapital, bringing her accounting and finance, people operations, and start-up expertise to the company. She uses her unique skills and ability to connect with clients and candidates to solve problems, ensuring that she remains committed to working in the business of people, not the business of placements.
