Miguel Martinez joined HireCapital in December of 2023 and has a background recruiting in Accounting & Finance. He has experienced recruiting for both corporate and staffing, permitting him to make connections for both sides of the aisle when it comes to client and candidate relationships. Being able to provide candidates with the best career search experience, while providing our clients with quality talent is what drives Miguel.  

Miguel understands that making a career move can be complex and life changing. Making the connection with our candidates by identifying their motivators, ambitions and targets for their next career move is fundamental. Miguel believes it ensures that the candidates next career move is the right one. He prides himself in making bonding relationships with his candidates.  

Miguel resides in Alexandria, VA. He sits in our home office in Washington DC! He welcomes his local candidates for a cup of coffee and a conversation about career opportunities. You can find Miguel coaching his daughter’s soccer team or spending time outdoors with his two dog companions.
